At La Garzetta we love to travel, that’s why our products can be ordered from anywhere in the world and we try to get them to your door as soon as possible. All orders are shipped worldwide with an approximate delivery time of 5-8 business days. Please be aware that at times, unexpected delays may occur which La Garzetta has no control over and is not responsible for.
All orders processed during business hours Monday to Friday are dispatched the following business day. We kindly ask you to advise of a working phone number when ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. As soon as we process your order and your package has left Colombia, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us through the contact link on our website.
Please keep in mind that we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes as our courrier might require a signature upon delivery. If a package is undeliverable, you will regrettably be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To keep this from happening please watch out for any delivery attempt notifications.
Please beware that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. At La Garzetta we are not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
The timeframes we have provided are not inclusive of any delays that may occur through customs processing, which are out of our control. The cost of shipping your order is non-refundable. At La Garzetta we hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
At La Garzetta we’ve made it our personal goal to make you feel loved. We try to supply the best possible information regarding our garments through our website. Nevertheless, you can always contact our customer service team at email@example.com in order to clear up any questions you might have regarding sizing, colors or any other inquiries you might have.
We want you to fall in love with the way you look when you wear your garment, that’s why we offer an exchange in occasions where you rather change your mind or feel that you aren’t loving your garment’s style, color or size. Unfortunately, refunds will not be made unless the garment appears to be faulty.
If your receive a faulty garment please make sure you enclose your invoice, along with a description of the fault when you return the garment to us. As soon as we receive the garment at our office, our team will delicately inspect the item and decide whether to issue a refund or to send you a new garment back. In which case, we will keep you informed during the process.
All garments must be returned within 15 days of receiving your package, in their original packaging which includes sanitary stickers being intact and tags still attached. The garment must not have been worn, washed or soiled. If your return is accepted as according to our returns policy, we will contact you via email and issue you with store credit. This can later be used for you to purchase the garment of your choice. Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the exchange garment.
All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are not eligible for an exchange with no exceptions as they are considered final sale. If you decide to return any final sale items, we will sadly refuse upon delivery and return to sender. Please be aware that at La Garzetta we reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the conditions traced above. In addition, store credit can’t be used in conjunction with any other sale or discount code.
Store credit will be valid for 1 month, that’s why we recommend you use it as soon as possible. To set up a return please contact with your name, order number and the details of the return. We will then provide you with any further information you might require. At La Garzetta we don’t offer price adjustments. The sale price can only be guaranteed during the sale period.At La Garzetta we are not responsible for the shipping costs or for any loss of items during shipping of your return or exchange item/s. Thus, we recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details.
